Irvine School will begin operating a before and after school club based out of Eagle Butte High School in Dunmore for students in kindergarten to grade 6. In addition to providing a place for students to come before and after school, the new Tigers Before and After School Club will also offer fun days on designated Prairie Rose PD and SI days at a cost of $25 per child. Your child does not need to be registered in the before and after school portion of the club to attend the PD/SI options.

Before and After School Club Program Hours

• Morning hours will be from 7:30 AM until bus pick up
• Afternoon hours will be from bus drop off until 5:30 PM

Before and After School Club Fee Payment Structure (all fees are a flat rate whether you use the program once or multiple times a week)

• Mornings only: $75/month per child
• Afternoons only: $150/month per child
• Combined mornings and afternoons: $200/month

If you have more than one child AND require mornings and afternoons:

• Second child: $175/month
• Third child: $150/month
• Fourth child: $125/month

Payments will be processed through School Cash and assigned based on registration choices. Fees will be due no later than the 15th of the month prior (i.e. November fees need to be paid by October 15th).

PD/SI Day Club Options

SI/PD Day Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

SI/PD Day Club Cost: $25/child per day

Program fees will be applied to your School Cash account and payment will be due prior to the PD/SI day(s) your child(ren) will be attending.

Club Activity Donations

As both the SI/PD Club and the Before and After School Club are new for the fall, we are also looking for any games, toys or other activity items for the program. If you have items that you would like to donate, please drop them off at the Prairie Rose Public Schools office. Office hours for the summer are Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
