Our junior high report cards are now ready to view using PowerSchool Parent Portal. The app only gives you marks and comments so please use the website for the full PDF report card with additional information. Visit irvineschool.ca and click 'For Parents' then 'PowerSchool Login'. All accounts have already been created by us and info was emailed home a little while ago with instruction. Ensure you are using PRSD8 district and log in instead of create account. Call us in the office at 403-834-3783 if you have any problems logging in.

A little Tuesday morning snow fun! Mr. Sutter's grade 5/6 DPA class engaged in a snowman building competition! They were judged based on size, creativity and symmetrical parts. The winners are.....Hillary Hamill, Jayde Hynes, Eden Schmunk, Allia MacDougall, Elliot MacDougall and Aven Kearley! 🎉

Our school clothing store is now online! We are guaranteed to have the clothing in time for Christmas with a deadline of Thursday Nov 26th for placing orders. All orders are done and paid for online by you, we will receive the clothing when it’s finished and send home with your child. Special notes: 1 - there are three sections (youth, adult and ladies) so please ensure you are choosing the right product 2 - there are three logos, one with just a tiger, one with the ‘property of’ logo and one that says staff, please choose carefully. Well Miss Shabley and her leadership class have had their hands full planning our Halloween celebrations but they were so fun! Here are our best costume winners:

We are just blown away! We have a HUGE THANK YOU to say to Darcy Gudmundson and our local Medicine Hat Superstore for their very generous donation of approx 80 pumpkins!! He even had them delivered all the way out to Irvine for us 😲 We have pumpkins taking over our library for a week until Miss Shabley’s Leadership class’ Halloween festivities and carving contest on Friday Oct 30th. Good thing Mrs Hamill loves pumpkins, she’ll be smelling them all next week 😂 🎃 👻

Do you know how long it takes to cut out a bazillion paper leaves and write on each every single student name, their homeroom, staff name AND their position?! Neither do I, but Mrs. Hamill sure does! How amazing is this bulletin board highlighting every student and staff member! We are also thankful for you Mrs. Hamill 😃
